Terms & Conditions BK8 Asia — Platform User Guide for Malaysian Users

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and BK8 Asia ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using the BK8 Asia platform via bk8asia.best or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the bk8 asia platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of another entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To register and use BK8 Asia's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information at the time of registration, and keeping it current whenever changes occur.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents — for account verification purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bk8 asia account, including password security, login credentials, and any betting activity conducted through the account.

• Do not share your BK8 Asia account login details with anyone.
• Notify BK8 Asia immediately at support@bk8asia.best if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Your password must be strong and not easily guessed. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• BK8 Asia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Please be alert to phishing attempts.
• All personal information provided during registration must be consistent with your official identification documents.

BK8 Asia supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must come from an account or digital wallet registered in your name. BK8 Asia does not accept third-party deposits.
• Bk8 asia reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit exceeding RM 5,000 in a single day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in your name.
• Withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is subject to the rollover requirements specified for each bonus. Withdrawals will not be approved until the rollover conditions have been met in full.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, phone number, IP address, device, and household.

• BK8 Asia reserves the right to decline, reduce, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly bets that appear suspicious or exceed risk limits.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be fully refunded.
• Live betting wagers are final once accepted by the system, even where there is a delay in the video stream.
• BK8 Asia applies varying maximum bet limits depending on the type of wager and match. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any significant odds errors compared to prevailing market prices may result in the cancellation of affected bets, with all stakes fully refunded.

All casino games and slots at BK8 Asia are run on software that has received fairness certification from accredited independent bodies. The general rules are as follows:

• The outcome of all Live Casino and slots games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has been completed.

• Exploiting any software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Matched betting or hedging strategies clearly intended to exploit BK8 Asia promotions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your BK8 Asia account to another party.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the user.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed due to a breach, bk8 asia reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending an internal investigation. If no breach is confirmed, funds will be returned within 14 business days.

Bk8 asia provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the platform or its services.

• BK8 Asia is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or casino gaming activities.
• BK8 Asia does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses at all times.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• In the event of unavoidable technical disruptions, bk8 asia will work to resolve each issue in the fairest manner possible based on system records.

Your personal data is handled by BK8 Asia in accordance with our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the bk8 asia platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Bk8 asia collects registration information, financial details, and platform usage data for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

• Minor disputes should first be directed to the BK8 Asia customer support team at support@bk8asia.best and resolved within 30 days.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved within that period may be referred to mutually agreed independent arbitration.
• All disputes related to casino games will be resolved based on BK8 Asia's server log records, which shall be treated as conclusive evidence.
• No legal action may be brought against BK8 Asia more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
